All transactions on smarthubgear.com are processed securely. Our store is powered by Shopify, which uses SSL encryption and is fully PCI DSS compliant. We never store your full card details on our systems.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept a wide range of payment options at checkout so you can pay in whatever way works best for you.

Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club and Discover are all accepted at checkout.

Digital Wallets: You can also pay using Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay or PayPal Wallet for a fast and secure checkout experience.

Payment Processing

Payment is taken at the time your order is placed. Your order will not be processed or dispatched until payment has been successfully received and confirmed.

All prices on our website are displayed in USD. If you are paying with a card issued outside the United States, your bank or card provider may apply a currency conversion fee. Smart Hub Gear is not responsible for any additional charges applied by your bank.

Order Cut Off Time

Orders placed and paid before 5:00 PM MST Monday to Friday will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM or on a weekend will be processed the next business day.

Payment Security and Fraud Prevention

For your protection and ours, we reserve the right to carry out verification checks on orders. In some cases we may need to contact you before an order can be confirmed. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that we are unable to verify or that we believe may be fraudulent.

Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment is declined, please check the following before contacting us. Make sure your billing address matches the one registered with your bank. Check that your card details have been entered correctly. Contact your bank or card provider to confirm there are no restrictions on your account.

Refunds
