Return and Refund Policy — Last updated: July 2026
We want you to be genuinely happy with your Havers purchase. If something isn't right, we've made the process of returning or exchanging it as straightforward as possible.
30-Day Returns
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are:
- Unused and in the same condition you received them
- In their original packaging, with all accessories and documentation included
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (your order number or confirmation email)
How to Request a Return
- Email support@havers.shop with your order number, the item you'd like to return, and the reason for your return.
- Our team will respond within 24 hours (Monday to Friday) with return instructions and, where applicable, a return address.
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status of your refund.
Please do not send items back to us without first contacting our support team, as this may delay processing.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or isn't what you ordered, please let us know within 30 days of delivery. We'll cover the full cost of return shipping and offer you a replacement, exchange, or full refund — whichever suits you best. Please include a photo of the fault or damage where possible, as this helps us resolve things faster and improve our quality checks going forward.
Change of Mind Returns
If you simply change your mind, you're welcome to return your item within the 30-day window. In this case, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or was sent in error.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email confirming whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take a little longer to reflect the refund in your account.
Exchanges
If you'd prefer an exchange rather than a refund — for example, a different colour or finish — let us know when you contact us, and we'll arrange this for you, subject to stock availability.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return unless faulty. If this applies to a specific product, it will be clearly noted on the product page.
Your Statutory Rights
This policy is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, which entitle UK customers to a cooling-off period and remedies for faulty goods.
